💳 Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required before design work or production begins.

  • Orders are not added to the production schedule until payment has been received.

  • Custom quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Accepted payment methods are available through our secure online checkout.

🎨 Custom Order Policy

  • Every item is custom-made based on the information you provide.

  • Please review all customization details carefully before submitting your order.

  • A digital proof will be provided for eligible custom designs before production.

  • Production begins only after design approval (when applicable).

  • Up to 2 complimentary revisions are included. Additional revisions may incur a design fee.

⏱️ Production & Turnaround

  • Standard production time is 7-10 business days after payment and final design approval.

  • Production times may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved before purchase.

📦 Shipping & Local Pickup

  • Shipping is available throughout the United States.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Local pickup is available by appointment (if you offer it).

  • Once an order has shipped, Queenly Krafted by Reese is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

❌ Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for customer errors such as incorrect spelling, sizes, colors, or submitted information.

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

  • By submitting logos, photos, or artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use those materials.

  • Queenly Krafted by Reese will not reproduce copyrighted or trademarked designs without authorization.

  • We reserve the right to decline any order that violates copyright laws or conflicts with our business values.

✔️ Color Variation Disclaimer

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, screen displays, printing processes, and material types. While we strive to match colors as closely as possible, slight variations are considered normal.

📸 Photos & Marketing

  • We love showcasing our work! Photos of completed orders may be used on our website or social media unless you request otherwise when placing your order.
